Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

•Original delivery costs are non-refundable

•Artworks must be securely packaged and insured for return

 

Collector Editions

Collector Editions are limited edition prints that are signed and numbered.

•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

•The artwork must be returned in original condition

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

•Original delivery costs are non-refundable

•If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs

 

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced to order.

•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

•The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

•If a print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so the issue can be resolved

 

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UK:

•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

•Return shipping costs, custom duties, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable

•Returned artworks must be securely packaged and insured

•Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been received and inspected

Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please email johancrissdesigns@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

•Your order number

•Clear photographs of the damage

•Photographs of the packaging

Each case is reviewed individually.

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
